Bulletin 13.07.2026
Welcome
Welcome to the 76th FISEC–FICEP Games in Budapest! We are delighted to welcome all delegations to Hungary and wish you a week filled with friendship, fair play and unforgettable experiences.
Before Departure
This year everyone will receive their own water bottle from us, and you can refill it anywhere you want, because the tap water is drinkable all over the country! Don’t use plastic bottles if you can and take care of the environment!
Accreditation
Accreditation will take place on July 13th starting from 8 AM at the Competition office, located on the ground floor of the Ludovika Campus dormitory. We kindly ask each Head of Delegation to bring the teams collected personal documents. (ID / passport)
The accreditation card
This card grants your participation to the event. On the front of the card, you will also find your Budapest pass, which is valid for the entire week and allows unlimited travel on all forms of public transportation, including metro lines, buses, and trams.
Please make sure to carry this card with you at all times and take good care of it! If you lose your card, a replacement can be issued at the competition office for a fee of 50 euros!
Airport Transfer
Arrival:
Delegations arriving at Budapest Airport will be welcomed by volunteers and members of the organising team, who will assist them in reaching the airport shuttle buses. Please contact the on-site coordinator after landing.
Important 1: If anything happens, please notify on-site coordinator as soon as possible. If your (previous) flight is delayed, departed late, or you missed your connection, please let him know your expected arrival time before you board and switch your phones to airplane mode.
Important 2: If any problems arise after landing in Budapest (e.g., lost luggage), it is important that you first notify on-site coordinator, and then everyone except the person involved and the adult responsible for them should come to the arrivals hall as soon as possible so that the shuttle bus can depart with the delegation and the bus schedule isn’t disrupted. We’ll arrange transportation for those left behind by other means.
Always look for our volunteers wearing apple-green T-shirts, holding the Games logo.
Departure:
We have also compiled the departure schedule based on the information provided in advance; you can find out the exact details during registration.
Transportation
Please use Budapest public transport whenever possible. You can use it for free with your accreditation cards! Travel is free for everyone over the age of 65! Follow the official instructions provided by your volunteers and use the BudapestGO application to plan your journeys.
Important: If, during your travel, ticket inspectors do not accept your pass or attempt to fine you for any reason, please immediately inform the
competition office! Do not pay on the spot under any circumstances — instead, ask for a written ticket (receipt) and bring it to the competition office for further assistance.
Competition office
The competition office is located on the ground floor of the Ludovika residence hall building. It will be open daily from 8 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 8 PM!
Local medical service

Following the presentation, the CIRPP and Technical Committee meeting will be held, also in the lobby bar.
Technical meeting per sport
In this important meeting, all necessary information on the competitions of each sport will be provided by the OTI and the local responsible. It starts after the Presentation of the Games at ~9 PM on July 13th.
We ask at least one coach for each team to be present.
Start of the competitions
The competitions will start on Tuesday July 14th at 9:00!
The competition program is on the website fisec.hu.
Holy Mass – July 15th
A group photo will be taken at 19:30 before the Holy Mass. The Holy Mass starts at 20:00 and will be celebrated by Auxiliary Bishop Dr. Levente Balázs Martos.
Charity Bazaar – July 16th
We are pleased to announce that this year, in addition to cash, you will also be able to pay by card at the bazaar. We will provide each delegation with a card terminal, which will be operated by our volunteers. In other words: if someone wishes to pay by card, the salesperson will ask our volunteer to enter the amount (in euros) for the sale. Once the volunteer has done so, they will hand the terminal to the customer, who can then tap their card. We ask each delegation to designate a responsible adult who will also verify that the correct amount has been entered and that the customer pays it. Once payment is made, there is NO POSSIBILITY of cancellation or refund.
We will donate the proceeds to the Gézengúz Foundation.
Behaviour Guidelines
Please respect fellow participants, volunteers and accommodation rules throughout the Games. Keep noise to a minimum during the night and help us preserve the friendly atmosphere of the event.
We can’t wait to meet you! 🙂
